Use of the site

By accessing or using tirangagameapp.com.co (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of this website (tirangagameapp.com.co), an independent information and review publisher. These Terms do not govern your use of the Tiranga Game platform itself; that relationship is subject to the operator's own terms of service.

Licence to users

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tiranga Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, reverse-engineer, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its underlying software without our express written consent. Any use beyond this licence automatically terminates your right to access the Site.

Limitation of liability

No warranty

Maximum liability cap

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 500, whichever is lower. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability asserted, including contract, tort, or statute.
